Modifying a keypress (setting up a button to issue a shift+f1 event on a single keypress, for example) is acceptable but sending sequential kepresses/clicks is not.
The important guidelines are: If you issue one keypress/mouseclick, each game client receives no more than one keypress/mouseclick.
